Week 1
Monday 23 July: Powhiri for new students and staff at 9:00.

Week 2
Wednesday 1 and Thursday 2 August:  Learning Conferences - Students sharing their learning goals, successes and next steps with families.
Friday 3 August: Assembly  at 2:00.

Week 3
Monday 6 August : The Board of Trustees Meeting  at 6:00 in the staff room.
Rehearsals and prep for the school production.

Week 4:
Tuesday 14 August:  Whole School Dress rehearsal at Paraparaumu College.
Wednesday 15 August: N.Z.E.I . Strike Action: K.P.S is closed today.
Thursday 16 August:  Where;s Wally School Production at Paraparaumu College Auditorium. 12:00 matinee  and 6:00 Shows

Week 5:
​Crazy Hair Day! Friday 24 August. Raising funds for Kids Can, supporting the great work they do in New Zealand Schools. 

Week 6:
Friday 31st August: Assembly at 2:00.
Friday 31st August: Family Movie Night 5:30 in the Hall.

Week 7:
Art splash rehearsals for Wellington performances continue.
Wednesday and Thursday: Whole School A.S.B. Financial Literacy Programme  in classes.
Friday 2:00 TEAM Chant meetings

Week 8
Tuesday 11th: Year 7&8 Kapiti College Option Day
Wednesday 12th: Year 7&8 Winter Tournament
Friday 14th : Assembly at 2:00

Week 9:
​Monday 17th Montessori Classroom trip to Parliament
Tuesday 18th September: Art Splash Choir and Wearable Arts Performance in Wellington at the Michael Fowler Centre
Thursday 20th Dance Splash Performance at the Michael Fowler Centre in Wellington


Week 10:
Monday 24th September: Constable Sue visits for Cyber Safety training.
Tuesday 25th September: PB4L Regional adviser Marie Mitchel visits K.P.S.
Wednesday 26th September: " Kiwi As Bro" Open Day at K.P.S.
Thursday 27th September: 2:00 Powhiri for our new principal, Brent McDowell.
Friday 28th September: Building refit begins for our 2 southern classrooms in the junior block.
