Parent Teacher Association (PTA)
PTA meets on the 1st Wednesday of each Month at 7.30pm in the School Staffroom.
Come along for a Glass of Wine and some cheese and crackers, get to meet other Parents and share your ideas with a group of like-minded People.
The PTA is responsible for raising funds that contribute to many activities that the School would not otherwise be able to provide.
Previously we have provided funds that have enabled events and purchases such as these:
- Movies at Reading Cinemas (2009)
- New Netball Uniforms (2009)
- Bus Trips to Te Papa, The Zoo and Kapiti College Marae visit (2010)
- Year 8 Students End of Year Books (2011)
- Ukuleles and Tuners For the New Ukulele Orchestra (2011)
- New Sports Equipment (2011)
- Life Education Trust Programme for Seniors (2011)
- $10,000 Grant from the Lions Foundation towards new safety Matting on the Senior Playground (2011)
- School Discos
- Winter Movie Nights
- Ice Block Days
- Pizza Days

- Building of a new Junior Sandpit, Sunshade and Seating area

The PTA has a fun, friendly atmosphere and is always open to receiving new ideas. We appreciate any opinions and help offered.
